Summer Mixed Greens and Fruit Salad

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (such as spinach, arugula, and lettuce)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional for a tangy flavor)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds or chopped walnuts (for added crunch)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing (you can use store-bought or make your own)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Wash and thoroughly dry the mixed salad greens and place them in a large bowl.

Add the sliced strawberries, fresh blueberries, and diced peaches to the mixed greens.

If you prefer a hint of tanginess, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the fruits.

Toss the salad gently to combine the ingredients.

Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad. Start with a smaller amount and add more to taste.

Sprinkle the sliced almonds or chopped walnuts on the salad for added crunch and texture.

Garnish the salad with fresh mint leaves to enhance the flavors and add a lovely aroma.

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and healthy summer salad!
